The Boat / Storage Yard is no charge for Mystic Harbour Owners but an annual application is required.  

Bay Vista I & Bay Vista II may apply to use the yard but there is an annual fee of $400.00.

IF YOU HAVE BOAT, RV, ETC IN THE YARD IT MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE HOA ANNUALLY.  ANY THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE!
